Prysmatopod

This painting was part of my solo show, Prism in New York.  The beautiful rainbow color of the mantis shrimp is unique and captivating, drawing you into the image. These marine creatures all known for their incredible skills, punching, poison, stinging, attacking etc. It’s a piece that speaks of power, yet gentleness. The lovely colors of the Peacock mantis and incredible punch, make it a popular subject among artists and collectors alike.
