1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the unique nature and exclusivity of our Products, our return policy is as follows:
- Original Paintings: All sales of original paintings are final. These unique artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fine Art Prints & Merchandise: Returns for fine art prints and merchandise are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if there was an error in your order fulfillment (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Condition of Returned Items: For eligible returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Reporting Damages, Defects, or Order Errors
- Time Limit: You must report any damages, defects, or errors in your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipment.

- Orders for Merchandise may be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under the return policy (Section 1).
